Advice for issue with Sky mobile

Can someone please advise as to what we can do next. My daughters faulty iPad was returned to sky 3 weeks ago and we still haven’t received a replacement. We have called sky every day since and have been told one is being sent out but still there is no sign of it. I have asked for a manager to call me back on each occasion and I am still waiting for them to call. We have also been told 4 times this week the case team will call us back before 9pm but no one has. The complaints department have said they won’t deal with the complaint or let us cancel the contract until we’ve received the iPad back! This was a present for my daughters 9th birthday and she only got to use it for one week.

    What is the contract for  network .
    You could try an LBA may shake them up a bit . Google  letter before action .
