Has anyone else had a small reduction in their latest bill? I've had £1.13 knocked off no idea why and it seems quite a small amount to contact them about and it's more a case of me being nosey. We've not knowingly had any service issues so don't think it's that.

    You would have got an email regarding this.

    They put up the call prices but the notification came months later so they are refunding any extra costs during this period. Yes is unlikely a lot and if it were you should be on unlimited anyway!
