I was misold a phone tariff so one week later I went into the shop and said my number btw has not yet been ported back to EE and I was told I have no cooling off period as they are third party and I need to contact EE myself but I said I was misold by 'you' plus with your advise my number is on 02 pay as you go and since iam self employed this is leaving me in the lurch . I was in the shop 3 hours 16th July sorting the right tariff and phone .what are my rights?
