Hi, I'm on a contract for £57 per month for virgin media TV and broadband, they've been charging us £32 for some time. Are virgin media legally allowed to request the remainder of the £57 or are they liable due to them collecting the amount via a direct debit? Thanks

Apple TV 4k (Streaming device) question
I've just updated my broadband with vodafone and the upgrade came with an apple tv 4k (1st gen) streaming device. I don't have any other apple products (iPhone, iPad etc), so can I still use this device on my tv? The packaging says I need an iTunes account which I don't have. Thanks

I have today sent yet another email yo this company. We have a faulty tv and are waiting for a replacement, they are not answering the phone or emails. It's it possible to receive broadband without a landline charge?
I'm assuming most broadband charges include landline standing charge, when landline charge were separated out used to be 19.99, that makes the broadband only charges around £10 a month. So my question is does anyone provides just the broadband service?
