How to take a scrolling screen shot

Options
Hello all,
I have a Samsung galaxy iPhone and I need to take a screenshot of an entire email.
There is the option to press a down arrow key and it then scrolls all the way u til you want it to end and takes a picture of entire email or whatever you want but it comes out as so narrow that it's unreadable, even if you zoom in after it's saved it's all burly anyhow.
Anyone any ideas please

If you have option to save to/print to PDF that would be better as it would (or should) save the entire email.

Some apps can print to PDF, if not there are no doubt apps on the Play Store that would add this as I believe it is part of Android 11.

You don't have a Samsung Galaxy iPhone.

Using my Galaxy A52 I've just taken a screenshot of a 6 page email (edge of hand swipe, press down arrow) and the text is perfectly readable in the Google Photo app after zooming in. Of course it's narrow, it's a phone screen wide by a number of screens long.

Have you tried viewing the jpeg in another app?

If you need the text of the email to use elsewhere then you could "print" it and save as a pdf.

Yes it'd narrow and each page makes it even narrower, until its literally about an inch in width down the middle of the screen. Even when you open it on jpeg and zoom in, it simply becomes so bured its not possible to read.
There no option to print either on my phone so have no option to save it.
    I'm out of ideas

Do you have a tablet where you can read your emails.

Scroll down the tablet while filming with your phone see how that works out
