Switching away from BT to VOIP help with confusion
Hi, I am paying for a BT line around £22 pm and I actually don't use it that much, mainly now incoming but really I'm throwing money down the drain. I have been thinking that a VOIP solution (not BT or Virgin as they as just as expensive seemingly) that allows me to keep my phone number and allows me to use my existing DEC…

Tour of UK?
Hi all, this is mainly for Martin and his team, sorry. Is Martin here in Northern Ireland doing a wee tour, with some of his team going round about a few days later speaking to people, to "lower costs " of broadband etc? Just seems a bit strange when 2 people turn up on your door step, say they work for money saving…

Virgin Oomph Dim
Am still on the Virgin Oomph package with the included sim. Am switching to BT for broadband though and cancelling virgin soon, however I'm more than happy with virgin mobile and happy to move onto a 24 month contract for the VM sim I want. I've asked virgin about this though and they seem to be confused and noncommittal…

0844 number
I hold up my hands. I was stupid. I phoned a business with 0844. I'm usually good with using the alternative number website, but was in a rush this time and forgot. Is a business obliged to put the cost of their phonecalls anywhere on their website? Preferably somewhere obvious and not on a sub-page of a sub-page in FAQ?…

Last December I altered my virgin package which resulted in them sending me out a free 02 sim. I didn’t need it as I have 5 contracts with 02 as it is and returned the sim and changed my package again. I plan to stay late at college and do my coursework in the library so don't anticipate needing broadband for…
