Sky packages or go elsewhere?

My sky package finishes tomorrow .Has been costing me almost £60.00 pm without TV, but including international calls which is useful as we are on the border.  I have managed to negotiate then down to £38.00 keeping the international calls or £24.50 per month without. The £38.00 package with calls would probably be best, but as I dont even have Sky tv I cant help but feel I am still being ripped off? Any recommendation on packages that include international calls and would it be actually cheaper to go with a TV complete package or another provider? Thx folks.

See comparison websites and bounce them off Sky.

Investigate possibility of calls via the likes of WhatsApp where possible - WhatsApp to WhatsApp calls are free through supported devices (just use the existing wi-fi)

How many minutes a month do you do international calls for?  I get my calls to landlines in France for 1p a minute from my mobile, cheaper may be available but using 08430140044 works well.
