Just reviewed my BT billing. Is it me or is there scope to simplify billing and tariffs. Not easy to work out if you are on the best broadband and calls package. You have to go onto a separate web site to find details of all the available packages. Unfortunately I cant post the link

I think BT like many companies find it benefits them by not having simple tariffs sadly.0

BT used to have a bill explanation tool (or something like that) because they know their bills are so complicated. On a general note, not just billing, I'm amazed how bad at communication BT is, being a communication company.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0
