Hi guys i was with id mobile on contract from 2014 to 2019 i was paying £11.99 a month then went up to £12.99 in 2018. My bank altered me in 2016 that money was being taken out more that my contact amount. I made id mobile aware of this and nothing was done. I now belive they gone bust in irland and other people have had money solen. When i spoke with id mobile and a family friend they appear to be in America their call center and said ot was tbe data i was using. I made them aware they a techincal problem with there capping service and was buying top ups 2x£1.50 and 1x £3 50 from 2016 to 2019 they refused a refund and no opoligie. I have emailed them and written no response. The telephone number up on google is not for id mobile only 3 net work. The bank said they will on my behalf try and get my money back waited months only now to be told its my responsabilty to pay back the amount. Can you advisethank you miss k willis

So why has it taken you three years to suddenly decide you want the money back?I'm assuming this is Ireland as in the Republic of Ireland (not Northern Ireland). Ireland is an entirely separate country from the UK.It was announced in 2017 that iD Mobile would be withdrawing from the market, so the closure of the service (in 2018, not 2019) shouldn't have come as a surprise:ID Mobile in the UK isn't the same (I believe) as was the Irish operation. But anyway the Irish arm of the iD Mobile company is long gone so good luck getting anything back now. Maybe you should have monitored your bank account better rather than reacting when the bank contacted you.0

I would suspect it is Northern Ireland as all the prices are quoted in sterling not the euro.0
