Went thru Emirates process with a complaint [used Resolver] No joy so Resolver allowed me to send it to CAA PACT ...that was two months ago. Not had a single word back from CAA. Is this usual??

I took a screenshot of flight stats on arrival which stated 3hrs 39mins. The flight stats is the same as mine - ie door close to door open. I did it on the MSE online tool and it said 2hrs 49mins Who is right? who do the airlines use? re compensation
