Ryanair - where to send small claims court claim now we are not in EU given Ryanair are based in Ire

I have complained to Ryainair direct and they offered me £186 when I was out of pocket by over £1200 due to flight cancellation leading to accommodation and other costs for two days. 

I have complained to Portuguese CAA (flight was from Faro to BHX) with no response at all. 

I want to put in a small claim to the courts. 

However, I am British and live in England. We are no longer in the EU. Ryanair are based in Dublin in EU. Surely now then I can’t claim to EU or UK small claims process. What should I do next?
(exploring no win no fee but would prefer to try myself to not lost any money successfully recovered)

when you post on the Ryanair thread, ensure you add the details of whether the additional costs were incurred whilst you waited on replacement flight (would be claimable as EU261 duty of care) or whether these were consequential losses (claimable from travel insurance) also which claim category you used of the 3; compensation, compensation plus expenses, expenses
There is plenty information on the Ryanair thread about the court process...but need to ensure you have a valid case before proceeding
