Resolver online claim - cannot continue

Hi
I am trying to raise online claim for issue with BA with Resolver
The section 'What you originally asked British Airways to do to resolve your issue: '
is greyed out HOWEVER the form will not let me CONTINUE ... I have filled out all sections with green tick next to every part - tried in IE, Chrome, Firefox - all same issue!!!
Any ideas?

Don't use resolver, just go to the BA website and raise your claim through the compensation form on their site.0
