My wife is due to fly to Manila on 23 Jan with a codeshare BA to Hong Kong - 5 hour stopover then Dragon (Cathay Pacific) Hong Kong to Manila, We have just received an email rescheduling the Dragon flight by 5 hours and 40 mins (21:50 to 04:30). This now means the stop over has increased to 10:40. The journey is all on one ticket. Is she entitled to a hotel for the stopover and what other rights/compensation is she entitled to? Thanks in advance for your comments.

Almost certainly.
If the whole journey is booked on one ticket, the airline are obliged to provide a hotel and food/non alcohol drinks.
Compensation of euro600 maybe due, depending on the reason for delay.
The claim is against the airline providing the first leg (BA?)

Have you spoken to BA? The reschedule notification will have been automated. Call them and say you are not happy with the new schedule and see if they can reroute your wife.
Have a look on BA website first to see what routes are offered.0
