Problems filling in the Flight Cancellation Resolver

Hi all, so I am trying to fill in the flight resolver info (I have tried two different web browsers) and is fine until the last page, 1st box "What you originally asked easyJet to do to resolve your issue:" which will not let me enter ANY information at all... the rest of the fields can be filled in but this first one cannot.
I cannot proceed without filling this in and it is really getting on my nerves!
Any ideas please.

  • Don't bother with Resolver go straight to the EasyJet website and fill in their claims form. Why do you believe you are due compensation. Put your flight details into euclaim and bottonline and see what they have to say.
  • WE HAVE, THY SAID NO. BUT WE STILL BELIEVE THE FACT THE FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED 2 HOURS BEFORE THE FLIGHT IT WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE AIRLINE NOT THE AIRPORT!

    what do EUClaim and bottonline show when you enter the flight details in?
