VPN deals? Block Youtube Ads?
I am looking at a VPN just for general privacy and security, but as a user of Youtube (free) I wondered if any of them blocked the annoying Youtube ads that we see before a Youtube video, or even through a video! This would be a double bonus if there was a secure VPN that did this for Youtube also?

Virgin letter pay increase letter of £2.50 yet automated line says they give £2.50 discount
Where is this logic in this? Received letter about £2.50 increase in March ring Virgin and the automated person says offer available for £2.50 discount for 6 months. Why are they talking about a £2.50 rise and offering a £2.50 discount at the same time?

Fairer broadband prices for existing customers
Now that the law has been changed and insurance companies cannot charge deeply discounted
prices to new customers, how about getting the same fairer treatment for Broadband customers? The major broadband companies like Virgin Media, Talk Talk

BT Broadband
I've been with Virgin for years but I moved house 18 months ago and had a number of problems so I need to move on. My neighbours and I have noted constant connection drops and outages. I also hear similar for Sky. BT Seems to get good reviews (in my area) but comparing them, they seem relatively expensive when I think I…

While I wasn't entirely happy they can't do it before I leave them (they initially told me once I leave they…
