Escalation contact ombudsman Vodafone

Hi, does anyone know hi I can escalate a com splint with the ombudsman?

I originally orders Vodafone broadband back in august, they kept missing their go live date and eventually said they can’t provide broadband after escalating to ombudsman, case closed in November.

However I remember they provided me a mobile broadband dongle free off charge which I never used as I don’t get signal where I live. 

They started attempting to take payments from my account for mobile broadband - a separate product. They have stopped them now, but they have a footprint on my credit profile with a number of missed repayments. I’ve tried to raise a new complaint but both Vodafone and ombudsmen refuse due to the previous complaint being closed, even though it’s a separate product and they advised I would never have to pay for it.

I believe ombudsman have confused them selfs with the complaint. Is there anyway to escalate this?
