Seems my existing broadband and landline contract is up for renewal at the end of the month. Does anyone know if Sky are open to negotiation on their monthly payments? Presently paying £35.50, dropping to £30.50. Have been a customer for just shy of 10 years. Thought I’d try and see if anyone’s been in similar situation before calling Sky and getting the door slammed in my face at the outset.
Appreciate there’s probably better contracts available out there but have never had issues with Sky - over the years I’ve been with other providers and had the odd niggling problems hence my being happy to stay with Sky.

Look at the new customer deals from other providers and bounce them off Sky.  You may be surprised.

(ensure anything you bounce off is genuine or at the least totally plausible - they do check)

Thanks, will see what’s about elsewhere. Current deal runs to the end of the month so no rush.

Just got off phone to Sky, retained existing deal for £23pm.
