Anyone used Vodafone social tariff?

Anyone on Vodafone who has switched over to this social tariff from the Fast Fibre 1 or 2 package? I know it states 38mbps as the speed, this is my current speed on Fast Fibre 1, I am curious to know if there is any issues with speed, throttling or any download or other restrictions. TIA
