Electric treadmill cuts off my Internet access

Hi,
Whenever we use our electical treadmill our router loses Internet access - the home network works fine, it is just the Internet access that goes down - I can access the router fine across the network. I have Googled and see that treadmills can generate interference with the ADSL signal. I'm not sure what I can do about it - there is mention of using something to plug the treadmill into the mains but I'm not sure what I need to get? Any advice gratefully received. Thank you.

The treadmill will be faulty. It should have interference suppression components inside to prevent unwanted radiation into the telephone cabling from the motor and control circuits.
Seek advice from the manufacturer.
Relocate treadmill so that it is further from the telephone / modem wiring? Ensure the RJ11 modem lead is of a quality twisted pair construction and not the flat side-by side type. (Twisted pairs are less prone to interference pickup).
If on the same (ring mains) circuit as the modem router, try either on a mains extension lead temporarily to see if that helps?1 -

I had the same problem several years ago on a new treadmill. The company( and I can't remember which one) sent an engineer out as it was under warranty, he added an online suppressor between the treadmill and the wall socket which stopped the interference and cured the problem.1

This is treadmill is very much out of warranty.
Is there such a thing as an inline suppressor that I could buy to put between the treadmill plug and the mains socket? I can't find such a thing on Google but I wonder if I am using the wrong words.
