I used resolver a few weeks ago to reclaim my additions account. My bank sent an e mail, saying they received my additions account and that they will confirm by letter in five days. It has been over a week or more should I resend my claim on resolver? What should I do I have heard nothing. Thanks.

I have just found some paper work from household bank / hsbc from some years back on the ppi it says no but a tick for joint death protection which we was told was compulsory on the term of the loan is this correct please ?? the loan was paid off a long time ago
