Hi all,
This is my first post so apologies if i get anything wrong.
So i wrote to Natwest to ask for my Bank account fees back as i was told i had to upgrade from their basic account as it was damaging my credit file, i was told this by a cashier when i went in the bank for another reason. However they wrote me back saying they will not refund me.
I took it up with the ombudsman, they wrote to Natwest then replied to me saying i was out of time as i only had xx amount of months.
so what i was wondering is if i have any chance now of ever getting them back? can i do anything else?

No. It is over for you now.
If it makes you feel any better, the FOS themselves only uphold a very low number of packaged accounts complaints.
