I used resolver a few weeks ago to reclaim my additions account. My bank sent an e mail, saying they received my additions account and that they will confirm by letter in five days. It has been over a week or more should I resend my claim on resolver? What should I do I have heard nothing. Thanks.

Ring them up and ask, submitting the complaint again will just confuse them. Banks actually have 8 weeks to respond to a complaint before you can escalate to the FOS, the 5 days thing is probably just an estimate
