AIB Manual Ins Claim?
Hi, Was wondering if anyone can help. I'm looking into any potential PPI claims for my Dad who has had lots of loans over the years. I've found on AIB loan statement a transaction of £8800 for "Manual Ins" and can't find out what it is? Anybody know anything about this and if this a potential claim? thanks

Massive Thank you to all of your team on here for the information and guidance in making my claims. HSBC Overdrawn fine when I didn't have that option of a overdraft!
I monitor my account regularly on-line and as a result I have not been overdrawn in the past, as the bank will see from looking at my previous account statements. However, I was not able to monitor my account as the internet connection I use to access my account was down for over two days. Prior to March my current account…

Reclaiming PPI from some years ago
Around 10 years ago a young family member was with Smile/Co-operative Bank and because of low income/hardship had a situation where she was charged extortionate and disproportionate bank charges (e.g. £35 a time and sometimes several charges a week) She was unable to deal with it at the time, was unwell, and was in a cycle…

Egg PPI Claim - Advice Needed
Hi all Hoping someone here can give me some advice. I complained to Egg/Canada Square Operations in March about my PPI charges. PPI Offer..Is it fair??
Hi Everyone, I put in a PPI claim with Lloyds middle November, for a credit card I took out (originally from TSB before they merged) in 1989. I've had an offer today of £14.5k, but wondering if that is a fair offer? I've used some calculators on some site that report the offer should me much, much higher, but a bit…

Clydesdale Bank packaged account fees
Hi there. I have a packaged account with the Clydesdale Bank for which I'm charged £13.50 a month. At the time I was told that I would save money on the interest I was paying on my overdraft by taking the account but this has not really been the case. Has anyone here dealt with Clydesdale over these fees, did you have any…

Debenhams/Santander....saying she ticked the box
My sister made a PPI claim on her Debenhams card, she had a letter back from Santander with a copy showing that "she" ticked the box. She clearly didn't as the person in store filled out the form and had very large writing whereas my sister has small writing and is clearly left handed. My question is has anyone managed to…

Anyone had experience of a company/solicitor doing the work of reclaiming? (merged)
Got a spam e-mail today (to an address I don't use for registering anywhere, but appears only on one website, so it must have been harvested from there) offering to reclaim bank charges for ONLY 25% of the amount reclaimed. I think this is taking advantage of publicity about these charges (generated in a large part by this…
