Newbie here..please be gentle :j I wrote to HSBC about PPI that I has in 1999 - 2004 using a template from MSE :beer: They wrote back saying they that their records only went back 6 years and they couldn't see anything. As I don't have paperwork from 16 + years ago - what can i do ? Thank you.
