Packaged bank account joint

Just a query. Five years ago myself and my ex wife took out a packaged bank account using Yorkshire Bank. At the time we were told we had to have this to pay the mortgage from.

The only income and outgoings on the account is the mortgage payments but we are still paying £3 p/m

I have submitted a complaint using the mse resolver. Because the accounts in both names will they just deal with me or how do I involve my ex. I have instigated the proceedings and she will keep all money (if any)

Just don't know if the bank will add her to the claim or contact us both or if we need to do anything

Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

  • Appreciated but not my question

Ex is entitled to 4/5 this as agreed privately

Question is would they deal with me or attempt to contact her?
