Natwest Business Credit Card 'Finance Charges'

Hi,
I have a Natwest Credit card debt that I cannot pay off, and am being pursued for, when I look at my CC statement I have a 'finance charge' added to my statement every month, sometimes it is as low as £40.00 or as high as £60.00, but I can't find in my T&Cs anything that refers to 'finance charges' and when I follow the links in my paperwork they are broken.
Does anyone know what a 'finance charge' refers to? Or where I can find Natwest Credit Card T&Cs?

Was it interest on the outstanding balance?0

No, this is over and above the interest, in fact the interest was charged on the Finance Charge.0

Ring them up and ask, much more likely to get an answer and you could ask about financial hardship to maybe stop them charging you
