ppi new info after finacial ombudsman said no

I have investigate ppi myself got so far and was refused by barclys credit card then the ombudsman,but have not let it go. Have since found out I was reissued ppi with the same credit card as the card got renewed so it wasn't out of date, they reissued the card and ppi on same day as have a new ppi certificate to prove a different date as original ppi insurance date the bank gave me. They did not check that my circumstances had changed from employment to self employment, which is why the ombudsman refused my case before. Do I have a new case to start from that ppi certificate date as it was missold as they didn't check my circumstances??

Once an ombudsman rejects the complaint, it is over through conventional means. That is your second appeal and third outcome (first the bank, then the adjudicator at the FOS and finally and ombudsman).

They did not check that my circumstances had changed from employment to self employment, which is why the ombudsman refused my case before.

Card renewals are irrelevant. A mis-sale refers to point of sale. Not admin events that follow.
