I am in the process of changing/upgrading my phone and I've chosen to invest in a SIM only deal. Is it better to set it up now before the 17%+ price hikes in April or should I wait until after the price hike to see where the best deals are?

Hi, My dad is currently in the UK but has to call someone very regularly (several times a week) in France (landline). What is the cheapest way to do this please? Central Asia & Mongolia sim card - what does this mean?
I have just received a brand new Samsung Galaxy A6 phone. It has 'CENTRAL ASIA & MONGOLIA SIM CARD ONLY' written on the box. I am in the UK so what does this mean? My previous phone had 'European sim card only' written on the box. Why doesn't it say the same? I am scared to open it unless I know that I can use it in the UK

Could I get existing number ported over before activating sim?
Can you have your existing mobile number ported over to a new provider before activating the sim? I purchased a new sim contract with Lebara which may not arrive until Friday. Yet my current contract ends Friday and I’d rather not have to wait and use the new providers number for a few days untill my numbers ported.

Has Anyone Èlse Experienced, On A Moto E7 Being Unable To Turn Off The Lift To Wake, in Settings?
On a friend's E7 Moto mobile the "lift to wake" cannot be turned off in Settings. The local O2 mobile shop Guru said that this may be due to an update that has gone wrong and may be corrected in a future update. Has anybody else experienced this problem? Thank you for all replies.
