Charged full price for a purchase of a lebara new customer sim?

I’m a lebara customer and want to double port to get a new lebara sim as a new customer as my lebara offer period is coming to an end. Went to purchase a new customer discounted sim and got charged full price for the sim so cancelled. Tried again with a new email and noticed full price was showing at checkout so didn’t proceed. I’m I doing something wrong or is it it’s Lebara or maybe I need to delete cookies? Can anyone help?

    If it is one of the offers whenever I gave gone for one it shows full price but discounts it on collection and continues to do so throughout the discount period.

    Yup, exactly that. My monthly payment reminders sent by text always quote the full price but actually take the reduced amount. It makes it harder to spot when the offer has expired though.
