How can I stop iPhones sharing images
I have an old iPhone (maybe a 6 or 7) which I only use when out and about kayaking or paddleboarding. There's a PAYG SIM inside. Now, I have received a hand-me-down iPhone 11 from my wife, which I have put in a cheap contract SIM. It has a good camera, so I tend to use that now to take images ... I note today though, that…

Miss sold contract, I'm not sure?
Long time follower, first time poster! Back in June 2022 I entered into a new contract with a mobile phone provider. This provider offered me a contract with an up front cost for the phone, that also has discounts for trading in my phone and being a student. Despite various issues to begin with (maybe a warning sign), I…

Ee credit check hard search question?
So recently took out a new mobile contract direct from EE. I was under the impression that I would get a hard search on my credit file, but so far all I have is a soft search on my credit file. Is it common to have a soft search first then a hard search after or later?

Getting no signal, how do I proceed?
2 months into a contract with 3, all was fine, full 4G, occasional 5G, I was happy enough. Couple of weeks back 4G signal indoors or outdoors went to zero or 1 bar, just enough coverage to display 3 on the phone but that low of signal will not let me make phone calls or use any form of data. I have full 3G in this area but…

PAYG Refunds
I am interested to know if there is law concerning PAYG refunds. Asda has significantly hiked their rates so I asked for a refund of credit and they say I can only be given a gift voucher despite the fact that my credit was paid in less than a year ago.
