Lebara Customer Service
On 27 August I moved to Lebara from Three (because of poor signal in my area) and ported the first number successfully. I then ordered a second SIM for my husband and got a message a few days later to say the port-in of the second number had also been successful but then the problems started. For a period neither SIM…

PAYG Refunds
I am interested to know if there is law concerning PAYG refunds. Asda has significantly hiked their rates so I asked for a refund of credit and they say I can only be given a gift voucher despite the fact that my credit was paid in less than a year ago. Am I not entitled to a cash refund to my card or bank account instead…

Hi, I only have a 20mbps upload speed at home (FTTC connection), but I need to upload GBs of data to the cloud, as an initial backup. Therefore, what would be the best solution? I am thinking getting a 4G router/mifi device, as well as an unlimited 4G SIM card for one month. However, most routers seem to be limited to…

3 pay-as-you-go, refund not forthcoming
I was advised a short time ago that the cost of a 3 pay-as-you-go plan was going up. With this being the case you could move providers and get a refund of the remaining balance. So have moved providers and all that is left is to get the refund from 3. I've contacted them and have Live Chat transcripts saying the refund is…

A PAYG phone lets me put on credit - say £30 - and then I use that up with texts and phone calls. But there is no restriction as to how quickly I have to use it up. I think I have to make…

EE 24 month contract ended can they charge extra 30 days?
I think I’m a bit old school here…..if I take out a contract for 24 months, then I’m agreeing to their terms for 24 months only, after that time I’m no longer obligated to them as the contract we originally agreed to, has ended - but with phone companies a 24 month contract appears to mean 25 months?!? I expected to be…
