Due to overpayment on my behalf. I paid my phone network a significant amount of money for a service I never received.
When I discovered the overpayment I contacted them. They agreed to a full refund ( I know the call was recorded).
Several calls later they are now saying I can have only 20% of the amount I paid.
Simply, can they do this?

You’ll need to be more specific about what happened. At the moment there’s not enough to go on.Walterseb said:Due to overpayment on my behalf. I paid my phone network a significant amount of money for a service I never received.
