Not getting notifications on mobile - need advice

I need advice on notifications - I am not getting a lot of notifications from Sky News and BBC News - when I had my iPhone 6s working, I always get a lot of Sky News and BBC News alerts every day, all day, but I only get 1 so often now a day on this Android mobile, even none a day.

I have turned everything on, notifications in the Apps settings and Sky News and BBC News settings on the app, but I don't understand what I am doing wrong?

This is the phone I bought as temporary as my iPhone stopped working, buying a better one soon.

As turning DuraSpeed on might stop the notifications, as it states, then turning it off would appear sensible

Update: I turned DuraSpeed off and now I am getting constant notifications from Sky News and BBC News. Sorted, thank you
