Lebara SIM only deal purchase process - does it work?

This morning I purchased a 12GB deal by clicking through from MSE. Entered debit card details, created Lebara account and got several emails, thought that was that. Couple of hours later logged into account and saw the deal was still in my basket awaiting payment. Chatted with an agent who could see no trace of my order, payment, or account. I am tempted to go through the payment process but a) mistrust is building and b) I think I risk being charged twice. Wonder if anyone can shed any light?

Did you get the secure payment page and/or is the payment pending on your bank account? Sounds like a glitch -( I've had several sims with lebara bought online with no issues)

I've also had an MSE Lebara deal and have had no issues with it. Does sound like a glitch.

Thanks to both respondents. I waited a day & tried again, using different email account & payment card, this time it appears to have worked because I got a confirmation screen & email with an order number. (this was the 12GB deal incl a gift card btw). Obviously was a glitch as you said, probably something to do with the secure payment process for the debit card I used first time round.
