I’m about to be switched from VM to O2 and have been wondering whether I need to replace my VM app (for billing, account info, etc.) with an O2 one. I’m guessing not as I haven’t seen any advice about this in any of my emails from VM, but I’m just wondering whether anybody knows for sure. Thanks.

Yes, there is a new app, called "My O2" (it was installed automatically). They sent me my login by text, but no password yet (despite the text saying it will follow). I didn't use the VM equivalent, so I'm not chasing it up.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Credit Cards, Savings & investments, and Budgeting & Bank Accounts boards. Thanks, sausage_time. Yeah, I received a couple of text messages from O2, one implying that I'd need to download the My O2 app, which I did in the AppStore. All set up quite quickly and it seems to be running fine.0
