Advice on 02
I work for NHS and get 25% discount from 02, i upgraded in Sept 22, received email from O2 that 25% had been added, i have just found out it never was, discount should be for the 11 months missed around £77, they have offered good will gesture of £30, i think this is not acceptable, what can i do about it, i have proof they said it had been added.
