Hi, Looking for some advice, but think I may have found the problem- have received a bill today with an estimated gas usage of 62,000 kwh for the year (not sure where they got that figure). DD increased from £130pm to £420pm i hadn't submitted readings for a few months but surely this is wildly inaccurate.
