4 pole isolation
Hi, just wondering if anyone could help me which an issue I have with EDF. Im having a kitchen extension done and I need EDF to do a 4 pole isolation switch before my builder can start, I have been waiting for months for an appointment each time I phone them I get told there is no appointments. I don't know what else to do.

My fix ends in 2 days and looks like flexible is cheapest currently. But I'm guessing it'll go up in July? Fix is 1p more per kWh. Is that the sensible choice? Having an exit fee makes it a harder decision
