Mine has been wiped again from middle of April.  Curious if this is now a standard process or unique to me.  Thanks

I can see half hourly data for both electricity and gas in the Octopus app back at least as far as November 2024 (I got fed up scrolling).

I just changed to the year and then month view, it made scrolling quicker :)
Just over 2 years of electricity and just over 1 year of gas data.

Edit: Actually interesting to note that the gas data in web portal is only just over 1 year, but in the app it goes back to March '23 the same as the electricity...

With a recent change like that I'd guess they were re-pulling the entire period so it should repopulate soon.
Did you have a lot of missing days in that period before it vanished?

It was fully populated MWT, except days of no usage on gas.

Odd then, but still possible to pull the missing data from your meter.

Mine is complete for my current period of supply. They wiped the data for my previous period of supply sometime after issuing my final bill.
