Tulleys Farm no Refunds for Shocktober, Against the Law?
I cannot beleive that this is Lawful. They have cancelled and not offering refunds. Never had tickets in hand to check the T&C's so don't know if this is just because of Covid, AFTER the event.

Airbnb fees refund
We have just had a unpleasant Airbnb experience were the property was not cleaned when we arrived.The owner has admitted liability and is giving us a refund.We are still out of pocket ,is it possible to get the Airbnb fees back as well,it was paid for by credit card.

Shearing Administration HSBC bank wants charge back money back!
Hi, We followed the advice on using the Charge Back through HSBC bank card. The bank were really good and instantly out the money back in our bank. HOWEVER, now the bank is taking the money back as they have not been able to claim the money from Shearings! What action should we now take please?
