London restaurant recommendation on a Sunday night

Any recommendations please? Preferably nice and expensive for my birthday 🥳 in June!

We had a wonderful experience (August last year) at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay's Inspiration Table.   The food, service and experience was amazing.  
oops, just read the title, don't know how I missed that, no Sundays.

What sort of food are you into?  For Sunday's the restaruants in the grand hotels are all going to be open, probably 50/50 for those outside.

Dinner by Heston is normally fairly fun and not as outlandish as the Fat Duck
Hélène Darroze at the Connaught is always highly rate by others but never been blown away by it
Sketch Lecture Room & Library the whole Sketch is kind of funky, on Sunday its lunch only though in their flagship area
