is Agado reliable (hotel booking)

hi, i booked a hotel last week for September via Expedia.   
however,  i have seen the same hotel, same room type on same date,  for cheaper via Agado.
i am debating on whether to cancel via Expedia, and rebook with Agado.   but I don't know anything about Agado, and what their service levels are like etc if need refund.  for example, i know Expedia are prompt when dealing with queries and processing cancellation refunds.
anyone have any thoughts / opinions?

Always check the hotel direct website. They will always prefer guests to book direct (no commission to pay to the agents) and may well offer freebies for direct bookers.

I don't know anything about Agado, but recently got a new phone and the app was pre installed on it, so would like to know people's opinions too.

I would check them out on a online Travel review site - 47 page thread....but a bit weird that many have only ever posted once and it is about this company....like on here look to the folk who have posted over the years on the company Agodo.
