Gigantic tickets misleading refund practices and unfair booking fees
I bought a ticket, originally paid £98, the event was cancelled by the organizer but only £80 as refunded.
A £18.10 booking fee for a cancelled event is disproportionate and, in my view, not justifiable.
I raised the issue directly, but they were unwilling to resolve it or refund the remaining amount. Their approach feels like a deliberate practice that disadvantages consumers and avoids accountability.
I would appreciate any advice from someone who has successfully dealt with a similar issue.

If the fee is outlined in the contract that you agreed to then your opinion of what is justifiable doesn't count.

Fee's in relation to Booking fee (admin) are not refunded, as the co still have these charges.

how dare anyone charge for services/work they have provided.
Wages and business overheads aren’t cheap nowadays
Who knows exactly who does what and how long it takes them to come to £18.50 as a figure
Irrelevant anyway as it’s covered In the T&Cs
