Mozillion and OTP texts
I am considering moving to Mozillion because of the EE backbone. I'm aware that some users on Spusu (also an EE MVNO) have a problem receiving OTP codes, especially it seems, if they are using an eSIM. Can anyone on Mozillion comment on whether OTP's are working OK for them? Thanks.

EE third party carrier's
My Vodafone contract is almost finally up. I wish to move back to EE. But are third-party EE carriers worth while 1p mobile looks a good price cheaper than what my Vodafone price is now. Is there any real advantages of being with a main network? I'm just getting frustrated with Vodafone signal in certain locations.

Mobiles.co.uk
I have been using mobiles.co.uk for a few years. It's come to the time to upload my third bill for the next cashback cheque, but when I click submit, it shows the green upload bar and then nothing happens - the page stays the same and I can't submit the claim. Anyone else having this issue?

mobile phone problem
I am on EE but looking to change. I got a Vodafone PAYG SIM to check the signal and left in myphone for a few hours. Now gone back to my EE SIM which is working but on the Connections page under Settings it now says the my service provider is Vodafone. How can that be when the Vodafone SIM is NOT in the phone anymore. How…

Charged for MMS
I received a WhatsApp message with a short video and replied with a short message. I received my first bill from Asda Mobile as I only took out the contract with them recently and it showed a charge of 25p for a MMS. I need to say at this juncture that I am 81 years old and not a fan of the necessary evil called a mobile…

Lebara
Hi I got a Lebara data sim for the first time and I want to check something if I ring their topup number and pay for a new 30 day data pack with my debit card, do they keep my card details and try to automatically charge me for another data pack once that month is up? I just want to buy one occasionally when I need one and…

How on earth are they MSE's No:1 choice?
I am absolutely baffled how Lebara are MSE's mobile SIM company of choice. I applied for a SIM only contract several weeks ago, and was promised Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. When the card did not arrive, after five days, I contacted their 'CHAT' facility and discussed my problem. I was promised delivery within the next…

Talk Mobile Roaming fair use policy
Hi Folks, Both my Wife and myself are with Talk Mobile. Presently out of the UK in Spain. We are three weeks into a five week trip. My Wife has received a message saying she has used 80% of her ‘fair use’ roaming policy, which is 5GB. Her monthly allowance is 50GB of which she general uses 5-6 GB. It does not state how…

Do Lebara deals rotate?
I am finally dumping Sky Mobile. I ordered 10GB MSE Exclusive Monthly Plan for £1.00 a month for 7 months then £4.90 but the sim did not arrive despite numerous phone calls to Lebara. They then said they would sent me one within 24 hours but that did not arrive. A day later they cancelled the plan and refunded me my…

Spusu SIM only
Hi. I'm considering a spusu monthly SIM only and it says the price increases after 12 months. As the 12 month arises can I just switch to one of their other plans (does it have to be a different plan)? What's the options? Thanks.

Lebara - is there a worst customer service department?
I swapped across to Lebara from Vodafone. What a massive mistake. Nothing has worked since and the contact 'help' centre are absolutey appalling. They cut you off when you use their chat function - or put you on a 72 hour wait list. Now without a working phone for a week.

Problems with EE Talk and Text tariff.
I've had an EE Talk and Text plan for years, renewable at £1 a week. It normally renews every Monday, not so today. I've rung EE to query why not. I was told there is apparently a fault. However, the helper I spoke to told me that if she were to update my account manually, it would mean I would be on a more expensive…

Does Sky Mobile always use these tricks when you try to make a formal complaint?
I got two emails from Sky a day apart, first one said they were hiking price from £8 to £11, I had been staying with them while they resolved another matter, but they never did. Then I got another email a day later saying I was out of contract and I could leave, The price increase was going to take effect in less than 30…

Flex pay from EE- wierd
Hi Just a quick one but with EE they seem to now offer 'flex pay' which is you have a DD for the phone and a DD for the plan. However the default option is for the phone to be on a 36 month contract and most plans are 24. Meaning after 24 months you can upgrade the plan but not the phone? I bet people will not realise this…

Do I pay if it is not within my bundle. SKY Mobile.
I have a bundle with Sky mobile for £2 a month that I use to enter competitions with 033 numbers which are within my bundle. What would happen if I called a number that was not within my bundle, such as a 5 digit number that cost £2 plus network charges, would it go through and be added to my £2 direct debit or would it…

Lebara Contact Form Not Working
We've got an ongoing Vodafone outage (36 hours and counting) and wanted to talk to Lebara to see if they had any idea how long it was going to last. I tried talking to a human but got a person in an Asian call centre who didn't seem to understand English. So I tried the online contact form. When I described the problem the…

Help me choose a network
Hi everyone, I am new to the MSE Forum and this is my first thread. My contract with TescoMobile has come to an end but for the time being they have put me on a 30 day monthly rolling contract at the same price/data. I have been with a fair few networks and I have had issues with quite a lot of them. Some I switched from…

EE are moving existing "CPI" customers over to pounds and pence
Just an FYI, as I can't see a discussion on this - EE are moving existing customers over to their fixed amount rises. I've just had an email through myself. Long time monthly plan, way out of minimal term so I presume they can do what they want. Currently paying EE £10.50 a month for a simple service with CPI+3.9 (i think)…
