Can't escape from EE without paying big fees
My data contract with EE ended Feb 6 2026. My device
contract ends Feb 2027. I want to move to Sim only ideally with a cheaper
provider. However, EE have said I will have to pay early exit fees for the
Device And for the Contract with them – amounting to about £100. I am sick of
dealing with EE. If I set up a SIM only deal…

RWG - Communications Ombudsman
Like a lot of others, I am having problems with RWG. I only joined them a little under two weeks ago and have been completely unable to send or receive calls or texts in that time. Most frustratingly. I ported my number over and am now effectively locked out of my online banking because I can't receive my OTPs. On the…

MSE News: Ditched O2 after it hiked its price hike? Check you've not been wrongly charged
O2 has told some customers leaving the firm that they'll be charged £100s to cancel their contracts, while others have been asked to repay handset costs in full upfront. But this is WRONG. If you're affected by O2's price hike on a price hike, you were entitled to cancel your airtime contract penalty-free within 30 days of…

E Sim for several countries?
I was thinking of planning a trip, and thought how convenient (even essential) an e sim would be. From what I gather you have to choose the country you are choosing to use it in before you fly off. But what if you are going to, say, 3 or more countries and have no set dates for each new arrival? (Apart from the first…

Best data-only sim for 4G router
I've recently purchased a Cudy LT300 4G router from Amazon for backup purposes. Here's the problem - I acquired a sim card from Smarty and purchased the £20/month unlimited data-only plan but the speeds are so diabolical. Lucky to get more than 2Mbps down on a good day which makes it unusable for most things. I actually…

Any help would be appreciated
