O2 phone payment showing as concentrix, is this correct?

I just approved via text a payment which matches what I paid to O2 for a new phone, but after approving it, I looked deeper at the text and it isnt to O2 but instead to "CONCENTRIX NEW CONNEC"

Does anyone here know this is normal or not for payments to O2?

Can't be definitive but Concentrix are a huge multinat who run CS, billing and much other stuff for many companies - including VMO2.

For those stumbling across this, I think its legitimate, a second payment wasnt taken and phone was delivered and invoice says paid.
