Lyca transfer esim
Options
I am wondering if anyone has managed to transfer an eSim from one phone to another with Lyca?
I spoke with customer services and she said I needed to buy another eSim for new phone and then somehow transfer old to new?
Considering I have credit on the old esim and a deal which i bought literally 2 weeks ago this seems strange!
I dont fancy buying a new one and end up in even more of a pickle.
Anyone got any ideas?

I have done this before.I "bought" an E-Sim for free (remove the topup) and then used the website to "swap" the two E-Sims and it worked fine.0

is it possible to transfer eSIMs from one iPhone to another on Lyca's network? This has always worked with EE. I understand that Lyca pickback's on EE's network. By transferring I mean that if I add a new eSIM that phone will check its surrounding iPhones and will offer to move the eSIM over.

Ok, so, here is what ive learnt:
Lyca esims QR code are multiple use on the same phone. You can add/remove as many times on the phone you initially activated with, but, transfer of an esim to a difrent ohone is just not possible.
Lyca also CANNOT email a replacement esim, despite what many forums and even the kyca FAQs say.
The only option is.... To buy another esim - without a package. For info... I was unable to buy a "free" sim.... Yiu can, and HaVE to delete the bundled package that purchasing esim come up, but, i was unable to delete the £we 10 top-up from the basket.
Once you have activated the new sim, you can do a sim swap, and the old number package/credit will xfer to the new sim.
