Just for info theres another rwg thread going. You might want to have a look at. I note you say lifetime. Im on the same deal as yourself. But don't forget these deals can be pulled at anytime as per the small print.

I cant actually answer your question specifically. Ive just checked my remaining balance of my two sims my £5.00 and I still have credit on both. In the whole 3 years ive been with rwg ive only every topped up a couple of £5.00s. Do you go over your 50 mins calls or data allowance a bit each month do you know?. It could just be coincidence that you just happen to have used the £5.00 you originally paid when you got your sim. Id wait and see if your bundle rolls over next month. My 50/50/250 renews on the 1st but I note someone else said there's renews today.

Maybe you got your sims earlier than me. Both my rwg sims I got in about 2022 you had to pay £5 for which was applied as credit.

This is on the rwg website about the free bundles,im on the 100 100 750 bundle, dont know weather to challange it. Is it worth it to save £2.50 a month?

Just to add, on another thread, folk who can log in to their Now account ( that's what rwg is now) can see the expiry date of the free 50,50,250 bundle and they seem to be getting the chop on their fifth anniversary.

Thanks for that. I havent created a now account yet, will do at some point if it shows the minutes and data left each month and its the only way to do it now.

I just logged into the rwg account to see when I first purchased my sims, ones Aug 22, the others Oct 22 so I might still have 18 months if there scrapping on the 5th anniversary.

@alanjones60 For purchase, the Teaser bundle (info ukrwg1) 100/100/750 is still showing as £2 on RWG's website not £2.50.

@2010 When I phoned "Now" last year, it was mentioned that the "free" (£15) RWG teaser bundle 100/100/750 would expire 5 years from original purchase. I still have a significant amount of credit on the account as well.

To be sure of the expiry date you'll need to log into Now site.

I couldn't get the text code that is required to verify the account, so I used web chat and they supplied one.

Once in you can see all your allowances and expiry dates.

    What's the problem?

    Why don't you email RWG.
