Whilst we are awaiting RWG's promised updated website and the new RWG App due soon, an update to one of my earlier posts - RWG eventually replied to my email last Friday after I rang CS and hassled them 3 times last week, so that's now resolved.

Back in March I registered my RWG sims on Now Mobile and i was able to see balances and usage etc. Now when I log in i can see the sims showing but I am no lomger able to click on them to see balances or usage etc. Is anyone else experiencing this if accessing their RWG sims on the Now mobile website or app? Thanks

I can't login to RWG site because I never get an email code.

I get the text code ok, but not the email one.

I had this problem, they didnt recognize my original e mail address,which was aoutlook address, i used my other e mail, (gmail) to register again, and it worked

@alanjones60, thanks for that, it's done the trick.

It seems my free bundle ends on 7th August.

Looking at the plans the £2 a month would probably do me (750mb, 100/100) for RWG.

It says you get a new SIM and then request them to port your current number.

@alanjones60 when you say they didn't recognise your original email address, did you still get the text code on the phone?

Did all your details and balance transfer correctly with no loss of balance when registering using another email?

I used a different email to re-register on the new website and my balance/data/texts are correct.
