Be careful of roaming in Corfu
Like most people travelling abroad to certain countries you get "home from home" - I'm with Tesco. Just want to make people aware of some specific issues that can crop up in Corfu. Today was travelling to north Eastern side and the network switches (or can switch) from the Greek partner network to an Albanian one. Phone in…

O2 makes me there own user name
When moving from virgin to O2 O2 decided to make their own website from my account. This is been going on for about six to 8 weeks I didn’t ask to be moved to O2. My bill has gone up. The problem is we must’ve been on the phone for at least six hours. In the shop three times. They still cannot get rid of the email O2 made…

o2 sim through comparison site?
My 24 month o2 contract finishes middle of this month and the last payment was made on 1st August. I was buying a new iPhone in that deal and as that’s now paid for, I’m free to look around for a new SIM only deal. o2 have offered me to stay on my 10gb at £27 per month 😂. Yet even the o2 website is offering 25gb for £20.…

Lebara free roaming doesn't include calls to EU numbers
I just discovered that Lebara UK's interpretation of free roaming in the EU is that while you are in an EU country you can use your UK minutes allowance for calls from/to the UK only. Calls to local/EU numbers are chargeable. After quite some time chatting to customers service, they instructed me to read carefully what the…

Using my mobile phone in the usa
I will be travelling to the United States later this year. My UK provider, O2 tell me that my my mobile phone, a Motorola Mota G(8), is not compatible with the American mobile networks. I purchased the recent SIM deal with Lebara - which included a £40 voucher. VirginMedia > O2: New App?
I’m about to be switched from VM to O2 and have been wondering whether I need to replace my VM app (for billing, account info, etc.) with an O2 one. I’m guessing not as I haven’t seen any advice about this in any of my emails from VM, but I’m just wondering whether anybody knows for sure. Thanks.

First time PAC
I'm going to do my first ever port, and so don't know what preparations I will have to do. Do the three main apps (Contacts, Messages, and Phone) have data on the SIM? If so, what do I need to do in order to keep the information? I can see that Contacts has an Export option, but what about the other two apps?
