RWG mobile porting problems/customer support.
Anyone know what times RWG customer support is operational. Having problems with porting my number and have been left without my number for three days now. Contacted them via email initially and got a response 36 hours ago saying it wouldn't be much longer - yet here I am still without my phone number. Tried calling…

Insure a phone bought from AliExpress
I know the warranty they provide is worthless as even if it was possible to send it back to them, it would be far too expensive. I'm just wondering if there are any phone insurers that would cover a phone bought from them / Asia? Cheers.

2 year sim from RWG
I have always had PAYG phones but have just received an e mail offering either a 1year sim plan of 250 mins, 250 texts and 2 mb of data for £20 or a 2 year plan for same amount of usage for £35. These are a 1 off charge not monthly. I am an absolutely minimal user of either phone calls or data on the mobile network but…

How to manage porting my number
It’s a very long time since I’ve done this and I can’t remember how it works. From what I’ve read, it takes up to 48hrs, if everything goes smoothly. Will I not be able to use my phone during that time? It would be very difficult to be unable to contact anyone and I assume this could go on for longer if there are any…

Recycle company refunded me twice, now they’re requesting the over payment bank!
So got myself a new handset with my contract, didn’t fancy selling my old handset on eBay, so opted for a recycle company. Found a decent offer for my old handset, fully expecting them to knock me down on their original offer, they didn’t disappoint, but was happy with £300. Got my refund within 24 hours, was happy as…

Lebara SIM - WiFi calling
I applied for a Lebara
SIM (a deal highlighted on a MSE posting which stated that the SIM "Supports
Wi-Fi calling"). I transferred my number from my existing mobile
network provider (who also use the Vodafone network and with whom I could do
Wifi calling) to the new Lebara SIM but could not enable Wifi calling on…

Is Lycamobile as bad at Customer Services as all reviews say?
I have recently been looking at the Lycamobile offerings, and they are quite amazing. As Plusnet is closing, and porting people to EE, the question of... will EE push up pricing, or honour what we have with Plusnet. Voda is poor in my area, so it has to really be an O2 provider. But look up any Lycamobile review:…

Airtime rewards and RWG mobile
Hi, is it possible to use airtime rewards with RWG mobile? Now mobile is listed in the list of supported providers but RWG is not, but you can use Now mobile top-up voucher to top-up RWG so they're technically the same company. If it's possible, can someone explain the redemption process step by step please? Do you get a…

PlusNet closing down
After getting an email from PlusNet, I looked on this forum and saw the posts about them not allowing new customers. However, the email said that they will soon be closing down: We will be closing all our mobile services in the coming months. This means you’ll need to switch your service to another provider in the future.…

O2 Mobile Reviews
Hi My husband needs to find a new provider as he is currently on Plusnet. We live in a rural area and dont have an option of Three. As we have a number of trips to Ireland during the year free data roaming is a must. I was considering switching to O2 but have just looked at their reviews on Trustpilot and the reviews are…

How to check coverage without signing up to a new plan?
I’ve just read that Plusnet mobile are closing down so I need to move. I live in a rural area and coverage is patchy, despite the online coverage checkers saying it’s ‘Excellent indoors and out’ 🙄. EE’s network works reasonably well. Vodafone and O2 are awful. The only one I haven’t tried is Three. Is there any way to try…

RWG top up question
Hello, I have RWG as my back up sim with Asda mobile as my main sim. I accidentally didn’t end a call while on holiday and it ran on for 1hour 30 mins using up most of my £5:00 monthly allowance leaving me with half of my original £5:00. Question is…. When does the next monthly £5 begin? Is it always the 1st of the month…
