Logging o2 Complaints

Hi All,

I have been trying now for two months to get an issue with o2 resolved in terms of my account. I have logged a complaint and contacted them on Facebook but been unable to receive a response. Recently I emailed the following email address but again to no avail. Can anyone help with how to log a complaint?
